Meet Dr. Mark Bojeun—
An innovative and strategic technology executive with over two decades of success leading business transformation through digital modernization, Agile practices, and organizational change. As the current CIO of Seward County Community College, he has restructured and revitalized IT functions under budget constraints and talent limitations, building scalable, cloud-first systems and a resilient service culture.

Transformational Change
2-year transformational change initiative for 95 year old firm that integrated back office operations to include HRIS, Accounting, Billing, and IT departments. The cross-functional continuous process improvement initiative consolidated data across multiple platforms. Goals were to transform organizational culture while increasing technology effectiveness and integration of tools and combine the collection and reporting of actionable intelligence.
DC RETIREMENT BOARD
Data Modernization and Integration
Three year initiative focused on cleansing and integrating data for DC employees facilitating enhanced retirement process for employees after 20 years of service and ensuring data accuracy across multiple DC Agencies. Coordinated acceptance and agreemnt across 4 District Department Chairs in sharing information with the purpose of improving the retirement counseling and time to first check for District employees.

Free text driven patent search tool consolidating data from PTO's across the globe into a single, comprehensive, integrated utility driving new innovation, research, and development for multi-national firms. Translated intellectual property (art) ensured 340% increased patent registration success with adoption rate at 1000% above projected rates.

E-Commerce PMO Implementation Tool
Software application integrating multiple Project Tools (SharePoint, Project Server, Excel, Word) into a single platform. This increases efficiency by speeding initiation and planning processes while ensuring repeatable best practices and standards across clients, projects, and project managers. Integrated dashboards providing real-time portfolio, program and project metrics.

PMO Revitalization
Revitalize North American PMO by reinforcing standards, increasing communications, focusing on integrating industry best practices, dramatically increasing repeatable project success and reducing client complaint/issues across 50+ projects for clients.
